I don't know where to start!

I recommend using Pinterest to curate your wedding style/theme into its own board. It will help you tie it together and give suppliers an insight into your vision. That way, when you shop my etsy, you’ll know what fits.

What can be changed in a semi-custom suite?

All of the information, the style of font and colours. You’ll even get to decide which items you want/don’t from the semi-custom collection.

Do you send out samples?

Non-personalised samples can be purchased via Etsy. The cost incurred for the sample will be deducted from your final bill if you opt to invest in my stationery.

Why do you need a deposit?

The deposit secures your time in my diary and is a safeguard against couples who change their mind after time has been spent designing/amending. It’s a non-refundable fee to begin the design process.

When will I receive my stationery?

This is dependent on whether you’ve opted to go Bespoke or chosen a semi-custom design. Semi-custom collections average two weeks (not incl. printing and shipping time), whereas bespoke can take anywhere from four-seven weeks dependant on its scope.

I've spotted an error, what should i do?

Please raise any errors with myself for rectifying before your suite goes to print. Once you’ve given me your final stamp of approval via a signed declaration, I’m afraid re-prints will be at a cost to you. Please don’t let that be the case!

I have a limited budget. Can you help?

Yes! As a stationer, I’ll be able to help tailor your suite to your budget, making sure you don’t have to compromise too much. I know all the tips and tricks to bring costs down, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
