The Process

1. Congratulations!

You’re engaged, how exciting! Now the fun begins. Once you’ve agreed on a venue and secured a date, it’s stationery time! Drop me a line to arrange a consultation. We’ll chat about what you have in mind – from details to design and quantity. Reach out to me via my enquiry form or head to my Etsy shop. The consultation can be done over the phone, email, or in person if you’re in Bridgend – up to you!

2. Pricing Proposal

After our consultation, I’ll send you a pricing proposal, outlining the different items we’ve discussed for absolute transparency.

3. Approval

Once you’ve looked over the pricing proposal you can request further changes or move forward by getting started on your stationery!

4. Project Agreement

After approving the pricing proposal, an invoice will be sent with your balance. I require a non-refundable 50% design retainer fee to begin the design process.

5. Design Time

Choosing and designing your wedding stationery is a super exciting process! Your stationery will set the mood and introduce your guests to your wedding style.

My Collections

I have beautifully designed wedding suites to suit most styles. These are all fully customisable – I can change fonts and colours to suit your wedding theme, even add additional finishing touches like foil, embossing or custom cuts if you so desire. This process takes about two weeks and printing + shipping time. Check out the collections here. If you need inspiration, check out my Instagram for examples.

Bespoke Design

I offer completely custom design too. Work with me to create your ultimate dream stationery. This process currently takes four-seven weeks (dependant on scope of elements), plus printing + shipping time.

Based on your design brief, I will send you a series of design wedding concepts – starting with the invitation. You can then provide any amendments. Once you’ve chosen the style you like I’ll implement similarities into other parts of your desired wedding stationery.

6. Review

After you’ve reviewed all pieces of stationery and final edits have been submitted, you will be asked to give your final stamp of approval. I recommend proof reading twice, and getting someone else to as well. Once this is done, we can commence with printing – yay! It’s at this stage I require the remaining 50% of the balance.

7. Printing, Production & Shipping

I do majority of printing from home, cutting out the middleman to keep my costs down. For digital printing, the printing process takes approximately 3 days from when the order is placed. For foil and letterpress, expect 7-10 days. Shipping UK wide then takes an additional 3-7 days.

8. Completion & Celebration

Each piece of Stationery is carefully checked to ensure quality. Once posted, you will receive an email or phone call letting you know that your stationery is on the way to you – yipee!
